Rental Management System

Residents must give at least forty eight hours’ notice to the Strata manager before moving in/out. Move in/out fee is $200 and will be collected from the resident before moving in.

All residents must register their vehicles with the Strata manager.

The visitor parking is for the use of visitors to the Apartment only. No overnight parking allowed for visitors. Owners/residents Park their vehicles in stalls allotted for visitor use will be fined. Re-offending vehicles will be towed away at the owner’s expense.

Pets are not allowed in the building.

Smoking and/or disposing of cigarette butts is not permitted in the building.

The maximum number of active key fobs that can be assigned to a strata lot will be 2 fobs.

Every owner, tenant or occupant must come to a complete stop and wait for the parkade gate to close when entering or exiting the parkade. Offender will be fined $100 each time.

Only patio furniture is allowed in the patio. No cloth drying rack allows. Offender will be fined $100 each time.
